The fee for your order depends on the product you are purchasing and the size and weight.

We aim to process and deliver your items as soon as possible normally within 3 working days.
Cancelling your Order
We want our customers to be satisfied with our products and service and realise that mistakes in ordering can occur. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at 06 8454585 or info@ecopodsnz.co.nz as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. If an order is cancelled once dispatched from the warehouse, the customer must be prepared to pay full costs of sending the shipment back.
The fee for your order depends on the product you are purchasing and the size and weight.
- Standard delivery charge for one box of 300 bags $15.00 - $20.00 depending on where you want it delivered. Delivery is by NZ Couriers.
- Cost for delivery of the EcoPods will be charged according to cubic metre measurement of the total order and where you want it delivered. Pods are shipped on a pallet using Toll Tranzlink.
Delivery Times

- Deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse and are door to door.
- Bags are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure the delivery address is where someone can sign for the delivery. Large orders of bags may be shipped on a pallet. Pods are shipped on a pallet.
- Delivery 3-5 business days
- Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas
- Transit times do not include public holidays
- Deliveries are only made on business days, not weekends.

- The customer delivery service does not include assembly (where required).
